Gas Safety Checks - A L Plumbing and Heating
Landlords are generally responsible for the maintenance and major repairs to a property.
This includes repairs to the structure and exterior of the property, heating and
hot water installations, basins, sinks, baths and other sanitary installations.
As a Landlord you must make sure that all of your gas appliances and installations are maintained in good working order.
Your Gas boiler has an annual Safety Check. Your Safety check must be carried out by a company who are registered with Gas Safe.
A L Plumbing are registered and the gas Safe registration number is 165480.
It is not just your your tennents gas boiler that must have a Annual safety Check. Annual safety checks are required on all gas equipment supplied by you the landlord.
Any gas equipment you supply to your tenants needs to be checked yearly by a Gas Safe registered engineer who will issue a safety certificate.
